Fertilizer Friday

Today I am linking up with Tootise for Fertilizer Friday

I don't have a ton of new things blooming but here are a couple little pretties!

Dutch Iris, 'Purple Sensation' is new resident to the garden.

Too pretty, right?

Hydrangea Bloom

The new mystery hydrangea that we are waiting to see bloom. I can't wait!

Ajuga 'Chocolate Chip' just got transplanted. We planted this underneath our Magnolia tree 2 or 3 years ago and it didn't do much. Just moved it into the Cedar Garden and hoping it will do better back here.

  1. Blue flowers, yes! I think ajuga is under-appreciated sometimes, such a great ground cover, and your iris is the best blue. Lovely to see the sunshine in your images because outside my window the rain and wind continues...

  2. I cannot get over how much is blooming...even with the cold snap we will have earlier blooms..they are not stopping growing and it is still march...

  3. Your iris are the MOST beautiful color! You'll have to post a photo when your mystery hydrangea blooms -- my guess is...blue!

  6. you just shared two of my favorite flowers!!! I love Iris and Hydrangea...Ajuga is neat...might need to look into that one!
Once again I am just loving the tour of all the gardens that have linked in to my little party! I am so excited to visit each and every post...they are all so inspiring and I am NEVER disappointed! The creative gardens and colorful displays that I am lucky to see are inspirations that I would never have found had I not found each of the gardeners I see online! Thank you so much for sharing your garden with my Friday Flaunt this week...I do hope you will link in again soon!
This post is being shared on my Tootsie Time Facebook page too just so you are aware.

  8. Stand back. That Ajuga will be swallowing your house in short order. LOL. They are very happy spreaders. Funny you've got a hydrangea blossom starting. I don't even have leaves on mine yet. Your iris is stunning. Hooray for spring!
